Founded in 1981 as Tomen Plastics Corporation Toyotsu Chemiplas Corporation was established in 2009 by merger with other 2 companies, Tomen Chemical and Toyotsu Plachem.
The company is a 100% subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation, a member of the Toyota Group and employ about 500 persons based in Japan, stationing its expats in USA, EU, China and Southeast Asian countries.
As a core operating company of Toyota Tsusho’s Chemicals and Electronics Division, we approach to its two main businesses: Automotive materials and Chemicals/Plastics materials.
We provide strong R＆D capacity through Toyota Tsusho’s affiliated innovative chemical company, as a partner of R＆D with lab.
